We are very happy to show you the tasting note and points for our wine Gran Aut\u00f2cton Blanc 2021 of Aut\u00f2cton Celler in La Bisbal del Pened\u00e8s, in the Gu\u00eda de Vinos y Aceites 2024 (la Semana Vitivin\u00edcola), technical magazine of the sector.
\nGran Aut\u00f2cton blanc, is a wine made with Xarel\u00b7lo and Malvasia de Sitges. Fermented and aged over 10 months in large, 300 and 400 litre French oak and in earthenware amphora on its lees with b\u00e2tonnage, a stirring of the lees, each week.<\/p>\n
