Terrain<\/strong>: Poor, clay and some calcareous soils at an altitude of between 300 and 500 metres<\/span><\/p>\n

Production<\/strong>: 10 months in large, 300 and 400 litre French oak casks and in earthenware amphora on its lees.<\/span><\/p>\n
