        Die Sumoll-Rebe ist eine rustikale Rebsorte, die im Pened\u00e8s beheimatet, d\u00fcrreresistent und von gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigem Wachstum ist. Die Trauben sind lang und die Beeren dick und l\u00e4nglich.<\/p>\n

        Der Jungwein der Sumoll-Traube weist eine gewisse Herbe auf, die mit zunehmender Reife zur\u00fcckgeht. Der Ertrag ist gering, und die Verarbeitung zur Herstellung von Qualit\u00e4tsweinen erfordert gro\u00dfes \u00f6nologisches K\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

            Die Xarel.lo Vermell ist eine traditionelle Rebsorte, die typisch f\u00fcr den Pened\u00e8s und den Camp de Tarragona ist. Der mit der Xarel\u00b7lo-Traube erzeugte Jungwein ist mild, frisch und fruchtig. Durch den Ausbau im Fass entsteht dann ein warmt\u00f6niger Wein mit langem Nachhall und Geschmackstiefe.<\/p>\n

            Die Trauben sind mittelgro\u00df und nicht sehr kompakt. Die Weinbeeren sind rund, voll und mit dicker Haut. Die Pflanze ist empfindlich gegen Frost und Seuchen. Die Keimzeit ist im M\u00e4rz (fr\u00fch) und die Reifezeit Mitte des Jahres (Ende August - September). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

            Die Malvasia-Rebe ist eine wei\u00dfe Rebsorte, wobei es auch eine rote Untersorte gibt. Malvasia-Trauben sind klein und nicht sehr kompakt. Die Weinbeeren sind dick, zart und eif\u00f6rmig, sehr s\u00fc\u00df und aromatisch. <\/p>\n

            Der mit dieser Rebsorte hergestellte Wein wird ebenfalls Malvasia oder Malvasia-Wein genannt - ein lik\u00f6rartiger, s\u00fc\u00dflicher, duftender Wei\u00dfwein mit hohem Alkoholgehalt.\f<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
